1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, submitting professional credentials, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Professional Verification Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended exclusively for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
3. User Accounts
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Promptly notifying Skynova of any suspected unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Providing accurate, current and complete account information.
Skynova reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account, and remove or edit content for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Professional Verification Requirements
Certain products listed on the Platform are designated as “Professional Use Only.”These products may be purchased only by appropriately licensed or authorized professionals, including but not limited to:
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Nurse Practitioners (NP)
- Physician Assistants (PA)
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Dentists (DDS/DMD)
- Licensed medical professionals and aestheticians as permitted by applicable law
- Other qualified practitioners as expressly authorized by the laws of their jurisdiction
To complete verification, users may be required to submit:
- A current and valid professional license
- Board certifications or specialty credentials
- Government-issued photo identification
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Skynova
Skynova reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Approve verification requests
- Reject verification requests without explanation
- Request additional supporting documentation
- Revoke, suspend or downgrade previously granted professional access at any time
5. Professional Use Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that products designated for professional use are intended solely for administration, application, or use by appropriately licensed and trained professionals. Skynova:
- Does not provide medical, clinical, or treatment advice.
- Does not recommend, prescribe or supervise the use of any product.
- Does not guarantee that any product is approved, cleared, or authorized for sale or use in every jurisdiction.
- Does not control or supervise the manner in which products are stored, administered or used.
You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and professional laws and regulations.
- Obtaining and maintaining appropriate professional training, credentials, and licensure.
- Proper administration of any product, including aseptic technique and safety protocols.
- Obtaining adequate informed consent from your patients or clients.
- Safe storage, handling, transportation, and disposal of products.
6. Product Information Disclaimer
Skynova makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, you acknowledge that:
- Product images are illustrative and may not depict the exact item delivered.
- Packaging, labeling, and country of origin may vary by manufacturer or production batch.
- Formulations, indications, or expiration windows may change without notice.
- Availability of products is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Skynova does not warrant that all content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or error-free, and reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
7. Orders
All orders submitted through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability. Skynova reserves the right to:
- Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time.
- Restrict purchase quantities per customer, household, or order.
- Verify the identity, professional credentials, and payment information of the purchaser.
An order confirmation email or on-screen confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your order has been processed, payment authorized, professional verification (where required) confirmed, and the order shipped.
8. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or system malfunction, Skynova reserves the right to correct the price, cancel any affected order (even after order confirmation), and issue a refund where payment has been collected.
9. Payment Terms
The Platform currently accepts the following payment methods:

- Klarna
- Afterpay
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards bearing a major card network logo
Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is successfully completed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Skynova reserves the right to refuse any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, and may report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
10. Shipping Policy
Skynova ships to addresses located in the United States and Puerto Rico. Estimated delivery time is three (3) to five (5) business days following dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on origin, destination, and carrier conditions.
Skynova is not liable for delays caused by:
- Common carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other authorized carriers)
- Customs or other governmental authorities
- Weather events, natural disasters or labor disruptions
- Supply chain shortages, manufacturer backorders, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Events of force majeure
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Additional terms are set forth in our Shipping Policy.
11. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold on the Platform and applicable health, safety, and product-integrity regulations, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Injectable products of any kind
- Sterile or single-use products
- Opened, unsealed, or partially used products
- Medical devices and professional-use products
- Temperature-controlled or cold-chain products
Claims may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect items received
- Products damaged in transit
- Demonstrable shipping or fulfillment errors attributable to Skynova
All claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and must include photographic evidence and the order reference. 12. Product Authenticity
Skynova represents that, where applicable, products are sourced from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized suppliers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Skynova makes no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose or merchantability beyond the express manufacturer warranties (if any) accompanying the product.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Skynova, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill
- Loss or corruption of data
- Personal injury, property damage, or adverse clinical outcomes arising from product use
- Improper, unauthorized or off-label use of any product
- Adverse outcomes from professional services rendered by any user
- Regulatory noncompliance, malpractice, or negligence by any user
Skynova’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade dress, branding, product listings, copy, images, photographs, videos, graphics, website design and layout, software, and educational materials — is the exclusive property of Skynova or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of Skynova.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Skynova Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the Platform you acknowledge and consent to such processing.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
Skynova may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account for:
- Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity
- Submission of false, forged, or misleading credentials
- Misrepresentation of identity, profession, or qualifications
- Excessive chargebacks or payment reversals
- Abuse of the Platform, other users, employees, or service providers
- Violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
- Violation of these Terms or any other Skynova policy
17. Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, importation, sale, or use of any product complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation:
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
- State professional licensing boards and scope-of-practice rules
- State and local public health, sanitation and tax laws
- Product-specific restrictions (e.g., prescription-only or device classifications)
- Federal and state pharmacy and drug-supply-chain laws
18. Third-Party Services
The Platform may incorporate or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, identity- and license-verification providers, analytics providers, and marketing platforms. Skynova is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service, and your use of such services is governed by the applicable third-party terms.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skynova, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your misuse of any product purchased through the Platform
- Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Professional malpractice or negligence in your administration of any product
- Adverse outcomes resulting from procedures performed by you or on your behalf
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
21. Modifications to Terms
Skynova reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform.
