Skynova ships throughout the United States and Puerto Rico via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other authorized carriers. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, carrier responsibility, and procedures for lost packages and address errors.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment authorization and any required professional verification.
- Orders containing temperature-controlled products may ship only on selected days to ensure cold-chain integrity.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery time is three (3) to five (5) business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
3. Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is tendered to the carrier, Skynova is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or events outside of our control, including weather, customs holds, carrier service disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance.
4. Lost Packages
- If tracking indicates delivery but the package is not received, contact the carrier and Skynova within seven (7) days.
- Skynova will assist in filing a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, request a claim.
- Reshipment or refund decisions are made following the conclusion of the carrier investigation.
5. Address Errors
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Orders returned to Skynova as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses may be subject to a reshipment fee.
- Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier policies and may not be possible.
6. International and Restricted Destinations
At this time Skynova ships only within the United States and Puerto Rico. Certain professional-use products may have additional state-level restrictions and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
